Gold Cup 2016
The Oulton Park Gold Cup has been the premier motor racing meeting in the North West for more than six decades.
It began life as a non-championship F1 race in the 1950s, going on to be headlined by Formula 5000 single-seaters and Super Touring Cars before transforming into a historic showcase.
The meeting is now organised by the Historic Sports Car Club which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2016.
