All the images in this unique library are the work of professional photographer Mike Hayward.
They reflect his abiding passion for the world of motor sport and are published widely in magazines and books around the world.
The images go back to 1962 and feature great names including Jim Clark, Jack Brabham and Graham Hill, as well as more recent champions such as James Hunt, Ayrton Senna and Nigel Mansell.
Mike is a lifelong motor racing enthusiast who started visiting race meetings with a Brownie camera when he was 12 years old.
His favourite - and most published - image is of Pedro Rodriguez on full opposite lock in the rain driving a Gulf Porsche 917 to victory in the BOAC 1000k at Brands Hatch in 1970.
