Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.
Once you have decided on your image or product, simply click on the BUY button. You can pay by credit or debit card, or via Paypal (you do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your order). Alternatively, you can pay over the phone by calling us on 01952 461212. The Mike Hayward Collection accepts most major credit/debit cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We also accept payment via personal cheque, made payable to Mike Hayward, and posted to the Mike Hayward Collection, Haughton Mill, Shifnal, Shropshire TF11 8HS.
Delivery of prints is via Royal Mail Second Class post (UK) or International Standard (worldwide). We aim to dispatch prints and products within seven working days of receiving cleared payment.
All print orders are for custom, made to measure, on-demand photographic fine art prints. As such, the right to cancellation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations does not apply.
Any order which has been damaged prior to delivery, where you have informed us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt (subject to the provisions in the Delivery clause above), will be replaced by us free of charge with a duplicate copy of the same print as ordered.
All orders that are delivered and confirmed as undamaged, or where we have not been informed of any courier damage within 24 hours of delivery, are deemed to have been accepted by you in good condition and will no longer be replaced by us for free on return of the damaged item for disposal.
Any damage caused after successful delivery is the responsibility of the customer, and any replacements will be provided subject to payment of the current print price on the website.
Damage caused during self-organised framing or mounting is the responsibility of the customer, and no refund for prints that have been spoiled in this way.
All digital file sales are final and non-returnable, so no refunds will be made.
