The Guards Formula 3 Trophy, held at Mallory Park in June 1969, was won by Tetsu Ikuzawa in a Mike Spence Lotus 59. The runner-up was Roy Pike in a Gold Leaf Team Lotus 59, followed by Barrie Maskell in a Sports Motors Chevron B9. The race was part of the Guards 4,000 Guineas meeting organised by the BRSCC
